Bri Gross

Vanderbilt Alum, Former Athletes Unlimited Pro

Bri Gross (Eichhorn) brings high-level playing and coaching experience to her coaching, having competed at the collegiate, international, and professional levels. A former Division I midfielder at Vanderbilt University (2019-2023). She holds Vanderbilt’s program record for career draw controls (282) and earned multiple All-Conference and All-American honors. Bri also represented the United States on the 2019 U.S. U-19 National Team, winning gold and earning a spot on the All-World Team. After college, she continued her career professionally with Athletes Unlimited in 2023. Originally from Northern California, Bri is the assistant coach of, defending state champs, Valor Christian and is passionate about developing players and growing the game.

Chris Duncan

Head Coach Woman’s Lacrosse, Whitman College

Chris Duncan is the head women’s lacrosse coach at Whitman College and the 2025 Northwest Conference Coach of the Year, bringing championship-level leadership and deep regional impact to the game. A Whitman alumnus and former all-conference midfielder, Duncan has led the program to back-to-back Northwest Conference Tournament appearances (2023, 2024) and has been instrumental in developing multiple All-Conference players, including a Conference Offensive Player of the Year and two Rookies of the Year. Prior to his head coaching role, Duncan served as assistant and interim head coach with Blues Lacrosse and also coached Whitman’s men’s MCLA program. Deeply committed to growing the game, he helped launch the Walla Walla Youth Lacrosse program and continues to be a driving force behind lacrosse development in Southeast Washington.

Claire Kallio

Assistant Coach, Colorado State University Pueblo

Claire Kallio brings over a decade of NCAA DII collegiate coaching experience with a strong emphasis on student-athlete development, defensive systems, and elite goalkeeper cultivating. She has coached seven seasons across Colorado State University Pueblo and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, contributing to multiple Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Tournament appearances and the development of numerous All-RMAC performers, including a two-time RMAC Goalkeeper of the Year. Kallio has a proven track record of developing goalkeepers who rank among conference and national leaders in saves and save percentage. Her collegiate coaching career began at Notre Dame College, where she served three seasons as a head coach and guided multiple All-Conference selections. A former four-year starter at Fontbonne University, Kallio earned First Team All-Conference honors and set program records for wins and saves.

Katie McMullen

UC Berkeley Student Athlete

Katie McMullen is a Division I women’s lacrosse player at UC Berkeley and a proud Tenacity Elite alum (c/o '25). Originally from Davis, CA, Katie enjoys working with young players and helping them build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game. She brings positive energy to the field and focuses on creating a supportive, fun environment for athletes to learn and grow.

Mikaela Watson

Stanford Alum

Mikaela graduated from Stanford University with her B.S in Product Design Engineering and M.A. in Sustainability Science & Practice. As an athlete, she was a two-time captain and IWLCA Student Athlete of the Year. Outside of coaching, Mikaela is a Co-founder of Sol Together, Inc.

Susan ‘Stuey’ Stuart

William Smith Alum

Stuart just retired from 30 years as the Head Coach of Colorado College. Under Stuart's reign the Tigers made 13 trips to the NCAA tournament and was the only program from the West region to reach the Final Four. Prior coaching stints include James Madison University, Penn State and Roanoke College. Internationally, Stuart coached and competed for the Canadian National Team where she competed in 2 World Cups in Edogawa City, Japan and High Wycombe, England. She continued with the Canadian Team as an assistant coach for 2 more World Cup appearances in Annapolis, MD and winning a Silver medal in Oshawa, CA. Stuart was a 1989 graduate of William Smith College where she competed in both soccer and lacrosse, playing goalkeeper in both sports. She was an All American goalkeeper in lacrosse and was named to the US women's lacrosse squad from 1988-1995.

Giuliana is a graduate of Queens University of Charlotte, Onondaga Community College, member of Team Italy Senior National Team. Current assistant coach at the University of Oregon.

Madeleine Sherry

Whitman College Alum

Madeleine Sherry is currently an assistant coach at Whitman College, having competed for the Blues from 2020 to 2024. She was named the 2023 Northwest Conference Offensive Player of the Year and was a three-time All-Conference selection. Sherry holds Whitman College records for most points, assists, and goals in both single-game and career categories. Off the field, she is a master’s student in the Department of Statistics at Oregon State University and plans to graduate in 2026.

Jane Earley

Middlebury College Alum, University of Denver Alum

Jane Earley is one of the most accomplished attackers in collegiate lacrosse, bringing championship pedigree, resilience, and elite-level insight to her coaching role. Jane was a three-time NCAA National Champion at Middlebury, two-time NESCAC and Division III National Player/Attacker of the Year, Tewaaraton Award Watch List selection, and 2023 Division III Honda Athlete of the Year. Jane rewrote record books with her scoring, leadership, and competitive edge. After a historic Division III career, she finished her final season playing Division I at the University of Denver, further elevating her experience at the highest level of the game. Known for her work ethic, game IQ, and unshakable mentality—sharpened during two lost COVID seasons—Jane now channels her championship mindset into developing the next generation of players.

Kathrin Nixon

University of Denver Alum, Tenacity Elite ’21 Alum

Kathrin Nixon brings elite playing experience and proven leadership to her coaching role as Head Coach and Lead Women’s Coordinator for Sun Valley Lacrosse. A standout defender, Kathrin earned WCLA Rookie of the Year honors in 2022 and was named a WCLA All-American in 2023 at the University of Denver. As a proud Tenacity Elite ’21 alum and current member of the Tenacity Project administrative team, she embodies the program’s values of resilience, accountability, and competitive excellence—now passing those standards on to the next generation of athletes.

Mary Murphy

Princeton Alum

Mary was a 4-year starting defender for the Princeton Tigers, graduating in 2022. A two time All-Ivy League Tournament Team player and All-Ivy honors recipient, she helped the Tigers to Ivy League Tournament wins and NCAA playoff berths in each of her three full seasons (with the fourth cut short due to the pandemic). Mary’s Tenacity involvement dates back to her undergraduate days, and she was thrilled to join the program as a 2028 National Team coach in 2025. Mary currently lives in Manhattan, New York, where she works as a Strategy Consultant with Accenture.
