Ally Mastroianni

Ally Mastroianni brings elite playing experience and championship pedigree to the coaching staff. A two-time First Team All-American at the University of North Carolina, she was named ACC Midfielder of the Year and IWLCA Midfielder of the Year while helping lead the Tar Heels to the 2022 National Championship. One of the most decorated midfielders in program history, Mastroianni finished her collegiate career with 117 goals and 360 draw controls. A former No. 3 overall recruit and Heather Leigh Albert Award winner, she also made her U.S. National Team debut in 2021 following a breakout season.
Izzy Scane

Izzy Scane brings elite international and collegiate experience to the coaching staff, along with a story defined by resilience and dominance. After being cut from the U.S. U19 team in 2018, Scane earned her way back and helped lead Team USA to gold at the 2019 World Championship—finishing tied for the team lead with 21 goals. A two-time Tewaaraton Award winner (2023, 2024), IWLCA Attacker of the Year, and three-time Big Ten Attacker of the Year, Scane led Northwestern to the 2023 National Championship and cemented herself as one of the greatest scorers in NCAA history. She holds the NCAA career goals record (376) and ranks second all-time in points, while continuing to excel on the international stage with multiple Team USA championships.
Serena Pisacano

Sam Geiersbach brings championship pedigree, professional experience, and a deep passion for teaching the game to the coaching staff. After beginning her career at Richmond, she transferred to the University of North Carolina for her graduate season, where she delivered one of the most memorable postseason performances in program history—scoring seven goals across the Final Four and earning Most Outstanding Player of the 2022 NCAA National Championship. A former Tewaaraton Watch List selection, WLL and Athletes Unlimited professional, and Nike Lacrosse Athlete, Geiersbach continues to compete at the highest level while shaping the next generation of players. Beyond the field, she is committed to growing the game globally, recently leading lacrosse development efforts in Senegal alongside former UNC teammate Ally Mastroianni. A state-championship winning high school head coach, Geiersbach is driven to make elite coaching accessible to athletes everywhere.
