through On-field Programming, Leadership Workshops, and Supplemental Educational Webinars.
Leaders in Training virtual workshops generally take place on Sunday evenings in March and April and then once a month from August to December. These calls, which are exclusive to Tenacity Sixes Academy members, are led by college coaches, professional players, and Tenacity alumni currently playing in college. Together, we work through ways to realize the leadership abilities we all have, while providing tools and conversations to help academy members grow as wholistic student athletes.
Educational Webinars include DOC Talks - virtual webinars in which special guest experts provide players and parents with information around topics related to student athlete well-being. Previous Doc Talks have covered Sports Nutrition and Fueling and ACL Injury Prevention from top Ortho surgeons in the country! -
