Lauren Spence
Assistant Coach, University of Denver
Lauren Spence is a Tenacity coach and the current Assistant Coach at the University of Denver, bringing elite international and collegiate experience to every athlete she mentors. A Colorado native, Lauren was a three-year starting goalkeeper at Loyola University (MD), earning US Lacrosse Magazine All-American honors, three IWLCA All-Mid-Atlantic selections, and two Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year awards. She also serves as the current goalkeeper for Team Canada and captured a gold medal at the 2022 World Games, offering Tenacity athletes a rare blend of championship-level insight and hands-on development.
Regan Cook
Assistant Coach, Colorado College
Regan Cook joined Colorado College as assistant women’s lacrosse coach after standout success as both a player and coach. A former two-time All-American at York College, Cook helped lead the Tigers to their first CAC Tournament title and three straight NCAA Elite Eight appearances. She previously served as a volunteer assistant during CC’s 2023 Sweet 16 season and guided Air Academy High School to its first CHSAA second-round playoff run in four years. Cook holds a B.S. in Sport Management from York and an M.S. in Sport Business from Temple University.
Serena Pisacano
Assistant Coach, Amherst College
Regan Cook joined Colorado College as assistant women’s lacrosse coach after standout success as both a player and coach. Brandi Padilla
Associate Head Coach, San Diego State
Brandi Padilla enters her 13th season with San Diego State as Associate Head Coach after joining the Aztecs in 2012. During her tenure, SDSU has earned 77 conference all-academic honors and 35 all-conference selections, while achieving several program milestones—including its first-ever MPSF Championship in 2018 and consecutive winning seasons for the first time in school history. Padilla works primarily with the Aztec attack and draw units and is widely respected for her role in building competitive, disciplined, and high-performing teams. A former All-American at Maryland, she helped lead the Terrapins to a national championship and three ACC titles before beginning her coaching career.
Carolyn Carrera
Assistant Coach, University of Oregon
Carolyn Carrera joined the Oregon women’s lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in July 2023 and has quickly made a major impact on the Ducks’ defensive success. Now in her second season, she helped guide Oregon to consecutive winning home records and played a key role in stabilizing the program during its transition to the Big Ten. Under her leadership, the Ducks’ defense has consistently ranked among the program’s best in recent years, holding multiple opponents to low scoring outputs and dramatically improving turnover production. An elite former defender at Vermont and a gold medalist with the Philippines National Team, Carrera brings a championship mindset and defensive pedigree to Eugene.
Suzanne Isidor
Head Coach, UC Davis
Suzanne Isidor, a former Penn State standout and veteran collegiate coach, is in her eighth season as head coach of UC Davis Women’s Lacrosse in 2025. Since taking the helm in 2017, she has led the Aggies to consistent winning seasons, a historic 2021 conference championship, and multiple postseason appearances—most recently guiding the program through its transition from the Pac-12 to the Big 12. A three-time Conference Coach of the Year, Isidor has coached numerous all-conference and academic honorees while building a culture of excellence on and off the field. Prior to UC Davis, she served as head coach at Penn State and Drew University, compiling over 140 career wins, and also directed the Davis Lacrosse Association while consulting with Tenacity Lacrosse Club.
